Her day

Her day!She was in focus- and she was so lovely, natural and so happy.
Table setting and flowers.. Bought some flowers and aranged them in different hights and vases ( old bottles from Italy)

I have been very busy lately with all the arangements.

And yesterday our "little" girl did confirm her baptisme.

As the strong girl she is, she chose NOT to wear a dress!!
We did try some on, as well as skirts, but made a very vise choise: white jeans.
The top can be used later as a party outfit, with slacks( jeans or other). silver sandals was very cute along with the stole.

Goooooofy Pic. but we had fun and she was adorable.
Hair was done by me( lucky to be a former hairdresser right!!) and she didn´t want to be a "bride-wanna-be" for this day- ( thanks for that girl) . Nope-- natural as possible.

Here she is- our queen of the day.
Happy that the church seremonie went well ( dispite a small acident when one of the boys fainted!!! )- she now can relax and enjoy her day among family and good friends.
For those who could not be with us yesterday- we missed you all deeply.
Not always does things go the way you want them to.

She is a beautiful girl and thank heavens she is a strong girl (I have one of them and she is sometimes a complete pain but I am so happy she is strong and determined and knows herself, life is hard enough for young people without that). Your daughter is also lucky she has you - it looks like a lovely day.

Kjempeskjønn datter du har. Flotte bilder og vel overstått konfirmasjon. Nå kan du snart lene deg tilbake og høste det du har sådd. :-))

Congratulations to all!
Lovely table setting, it's nice to be able to use the things you collect as you travel.

Thanks Phyllis. Yes- I kind of like to mix what I collect and it surtenly makes it personal.Felisi: Not that much work- though our tent almost was lost in the stormy weather we had the days within the party.I am so pleased with the fackt that Daugher had a great day. We joked alot. good friends kept my good ( ironic) mood going. They saved the day. Daugher had a great day and thats what matters.
