While visiting my parents I have one favorite tradition .
That is to bring with me a couple of bags of wild Oregano.
Oregano grows many places - also in Norway. One of the places is where I grew up.
I admit I´m a bit lazy and buy my wild oregano.
It is dryed and all I have to do is to crunch it and get rid of the stems.
The oregano will be used in soups and stews and 2 bags are enough for the winter.
